Billing questions

Yes — 50 PDFs every month, with no watermark and full access to the canvas editor and Claude Code plugin. No credit card, no trial timer. You stay on Free until you actively choose to upgrade.

Each successful PDF emitted counts as 1 credit. Single-PDF generations consume 1 credit on success. Batch generations consume 1 credit per row that succeeds — rows that fail are not charged.

Generation requests return a 402 Payment Required error. Free plans refresh to 50 credits at the start of the next monthly cycle; Pro plans refresh to 5,000. Credits do not roll over.

Stripe is not available for Indian merchants, so Razorpay is the primary payment provider at launch. Stripe support is scaffolded and will go live once we open up other markets.

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro features until then, after which the workspace drops back to the Free plan.

Not at launch. We will introduce annual billing (with a small discount) once the Pro plan has stabilized in production.
